Damaged or lost parcels
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive, contact us within [number] days of the expected delivery date and we’ll replace it or refund you.
Free 30-day returns
Returns are free within 30 days of delivery for hair that is:
- unworn and unaltered, with the lace uncut;
- in its original packaging.
Hair that has been installed, colored, cut or chemically treated can’t be returned.
How to return

- We’ll send a prepaid return label within 24 hours.
- Pack the hair in its original packaging and drop it off with the carrier.
Exchanges
Want a different texture or length? Start a return and tell us what you’d like instead; we’ll ship the exchange once the original is on its way back. See exchanges in the FAQ.
Refunds
